Workshops & Retreats
I love hosting special events. Here's what's coming up...
Online Yoga Nidra via Zoom
The nights are slowly drawing in and my Yoga Nidra sessions are returning in September. The next session is on Sunday 26th October 2025 at 8pm. The session will last around 35 minutes.
If you have never heard of Yoga Nidra, or you are curious to find out more, here’s a little reminder about what it is…
- Yoga Nidra is often referred to as a practice, but actually was originally used to describe a state of being or state of awareness
- It involves lying still and simply listening
- Sometimes it is described as ‘yogic sleep’, but you are not really asleep (unless you are! it’s not uncommon to fall asleep, as it can be very relaxing)
- The aim is to allow the brain to settle into a relaxed state, but to remain conscious and aware
- The frequency of our brain waves during a true state of Yoga Nidra is the same as when we are in unconscious, dreamless, deep sleep
- A regular practice can help improve your sleep, turn off the stress response, reduce blood pressure, increase energy and more!
Our online sessions are really lovely. It’s not necessary to have your camera switched on if you’d prefer, so you can even turn up in your pyjamas if you like! If you can’t make the live session you can still book your space and after the live session you will be sent a link to access the recording. The recording is then available for up to 1 month and you can listen as many times as you like in that period. Remember, a regular practice is most beneficial. Why not make it a date with yourself once a week and really feel the benefits?

Rhythm Reset Yoga & Sound Retreat Day
You are warmly invited to join Sarah and Shelley for a day of Yoga and Sound on Saturday, 4th October. This day retreat is an opportunity for you to create space away from the everyday, to reset and recharge, and to find your own pace and rhythm through Yoga, Pranayama, and the power of sound.
During our day, we will incorporate a rhythmic, mindful Vinyasa Yoga practice, a meditative Yin Yoga practice, Pranayama (breath practices), a gorgeous Sound bath, and a drumming/sounding circle.
Hot drinks, snacks, and a delicious lunch will be provided.
Our venue is the beautiful Arley Kings Church House, a fully and comfortably refurbished 16th-century building on the edge of Stourport-on-Severn.
The full-day retreat will be from 9:30 am until 4:30 pm and costs £85 per person.
This is open to all levels of yoga experience, from complete beginners to those with an established practice, ages 16+.
Due to the vibrations sound baths are not suitable for women in the first trimester, people with brain or heart devices, or those with sound-sensitive epilepsy.
The numbers are limited, so early booking is recommended. Places on the retreat will be secured upon full payment.
Book your space here.

Wake Up Yoga Flow
Are you struggling to find the time to fit in an hour’s yoga class?
This is open to all levels of yoga experience, from complete beginners to those with an established practice.
The cost of an individual session is £6 per household, or you can book the whole 7-week term for £35. If you cannot make the session live a recording will be sent out the same day. Recordings are available for 1 week.
I look forward to sharing these Monday morning sessions with you and helping you start your week well.
