Workshops & Retreats
I love hosting special events. Here's what's coming up...
Yoga for Teens 4-week course
This 4-week course is an introduction to yoga for teens aged 15-19.
In each class, we will incorporate…
- breath work to calm the nervous system
- yoga sequences and poses to encourage participants to get back in touch with their bodies
- guided relaxation
This will be useful for anyone feeling the pressure of exams.
If overthinking and pressure to perform are creating stress, a non-competitive, nurturing yoga space can be really beneficial.
Yoga can release bodily tension, calm the mind, and help promote better sleep.
You don’t need any experience in yoga to take part. You don’t have to be flexible or sporty. You don’t have to wear Lycra or brand names. Just come with an open mind. Give yourself the gift of an hour to do something just for you.
The 4-week course is £45 and all equipment is provided.

Yoga and Mindful Craft Day Retreat 2026
Spring invites us to draw inspiration from the rising energy in nature, to move the body, connect with the breath, and discover our creativity.
You are warmly invited to join Sarah and Marie for a day of Yoga and Mindful Craft on Saturday, 25th April. This is a day to be guided, nurtured and encouraged to discover your playful, joyful and creative self. We’ll share movement practices, craft and storytelling. If you are looking for space to do something just for you, this is the relaxing day you have been waiting for!
Sarah will lead you through a morning of carefully selected yoga practices, including Asana (poses), Pranayama (breathwork practices), Mudra, and guided relaxation.
In the afternoon, Marie will guide you through a mindful spring craft inspired by the mythical, mysterious, shape-shifting hare. The hare has been a creature of myths, legends and folk lore for centuries. They are associated with rebirth, renewal and good fortune for the coming months. With Beltane approaching, a festival linked to fire, fertility, mystery and the next full flower moon it seems appropriate to offer a mindful crafting workshop linked to the hare, also closely associated with the full moon!
You will spend time creating a beautiful leaping hare, using paints, acrylic inks, threads or wire, many beads, jewels and small amulets. Each participant will take home a gorgeous ornament to hang in their home.
This project will be very achievable with no prior experience necessary, all materials will be supplied including a laser cut wooden hare prepared for your unique decoration.
Hot and cold drinks, snacks, and a delicious lunch will be provided during the day.
Our venue is the beautiful Arley Kings Church House, a fully and comfortably refurbished 16th-century building on the edge of Stourport-on-Severn.
The full-day retreat will be from 9:30 am until 4:30 pm and costs £85 per person.
This is open to all levels of yoga experience, from complete beginners to those with an established practice, ages 16+.
The numbers are limited, so early booking is recommended. Places on the retreat will be secured upon full payment. A copy of the terms and conditions will be provided before payment is taken.

Online Yoga Nidra via Zoom.
The next session is on Sunday, 22nd February 2026, at 8 pm. The session will last around 35 minutes.
If you have never heard of Yoga Nidra or are curious to learn more, here’s a brief reminder about what it is…
- Yoga Nidra is often referred to as a practice, but it was originally used to describe a state of being or state of awareness
- It involves lying still and simply listening
- Sometimes it is described as ‘yogic sleep’, but you are not really asleep (unless you are! It’s not uncommon to fall asleep, as it can be very relaxing)
- The aim is to allow the brain to settle into a relaxed state, but to remain conscious and aware
- The frequency of our brain waves during a true state of Yoga Nidra is the same as when we are in unconscious, dreamless, deep sleep
- A regular practice can help improve your sleep, turn off the stress response, reduce blood pressure, increase energy and more!
Our online sessions are really lovely. It’s not necessary to have your camera switched on if you’d prefer, so you can even turn up in your pyjamas if you like! If you can’t make the live session, you will be sent a link to access the recording. The recording is then available for up to 1 month, and you can listen as many times as you like in that period. Remember, a regular practice is most beneficial. Why not make it a date with yourself once a week and really feel the benefits?
